All orders are processed and shipped from our home studio in Fishers, Indiana. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and the method selected. The following options may be available:
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Rates are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes begin once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lavender & Blonde is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking Information
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lavender & Blonde is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an error is noticed after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lavender & Blonde is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being transferred to the shipping carrier.
For missing or delayed packages, customers should contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us.
International Shipping
At this time, Lavender & Blonde ships within the United States only.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
