Thank you for shopping with Lavender & Blonde. Because many of our items are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or curated in limited quantities, all sales are considered final. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of vintage and curated items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All purchases are final sale. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped. After an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lavenderblonde28@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Lavender & Blonde will evaluate each case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion if damage or error is confirmed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lavender & Blonde is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
